TapTapFeedback

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Who you buy from

Your seller is TapTapFeedback, based in Texas. These terms apply when you order or use these products.

What you can order

You can buy physical NFC review cards and an optional Review Shield subscription. NFC means near-field communication: a phone tap opens a saved link.

Cards arrive programmed using your setup form. Review Shield is software with a feedback page and dashboard.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe processes your payments. Your checkout shows the amount due before you pay.

One, two, and three cards cost $49.99, $79.99, and $99.99. Four to ten cards cost $119.99 to $239.99, depending on quantity. US + Canada shipping is free.

Review Shield costs $19.99/month. With a card order, your first 30 days are free, then $19.99/month until you cancel.

A standalone subscription starts billing immediately. Submit your setup form before your cards can be programmed and shipped.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details and your correct Google review link. Check your setup information before sending it.

Invite all customers to share their experiences, regardless of their opinions. Do not offer rewards for reviews or request a particular rating.

Follow Google’s review policies. You are responsible for how you invite and handle customer feedback.

Software and results

Review Shield provides software, not a promised number or quality of reviews. Review content and ratings are each customer’s choice. Google controls its own service and review decisions.

Software availability depends on internet access and service providers. Features may change.

Shipping, refunds, and cancellation

Read the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering cards.

Read the Review Shield Subscription & Cancellation Policy before subscribing. These policies explain your options and what happens to card taps.

Liability

To the extent Texas law allows, TapTapFeedback excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Liability for a claim is limited to what you paid for the affected product.

For subscriptions, this limit covers payments during the preceding 12 months. These limits do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law cannot exclude.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Independent product

Independent product. Not affiliated with Google. Google owns its names and trademarks.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will appear here with a new date. Your order follows the terms available when you placed it.

Material subscription changes will be communicated by email before they apply.
