Review Shield Subscription & Cancellation

Your subscription

TapTapFeedback, based in Texas, provides Review Shield. The subscription costs $19.99/month per business.

With a card order

Your first 30 days are free with a card order, then $19.99/month until you cancel.

Billing starts on day 31 unless you cancel before then. The trial begins at checkout.

Without a card order

Standalone Review Shield costs $19.99/month, starting immediately. A standalone subscription does not include a trial or physical cards.

Renewals and cancellation

Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

To cancel, email support@taptapfeedback.app before renewal. Include your order reference or the email used at checkout.

There is currently no online cancellation portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel during the free month included with your card order, billing does not begin. There are no partial-month refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

What happens to card taps

Cards purchased from TapTapFeedback keep working if you cancel Review Shield. Taps go straight to your Google review page. NFC cards or tags from other suppliers that link to your Review Shield page will show an inactive page once your plan ends.

Price changes

TapTapFeedback will email you before a price change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
